The Care Plan agreement

1. What we do

We build your website from the review and preview you approved, host it, keep it secure, make your edits, set up email at your domain and move your domain’s DNS to our hosting without interrupting your current email. The site stays yours to direct: we won’t publish changes you haven’t asked for, other than security and maintenance updates.

2. The monthly fee

The Care Plan is $119per month, billed by card through Stripe on the same day each month, starting on the day you check out. There is no build fee and nothing else to pay up front. Prices may change for new customers at any time; your price changes only with 60 days’ written notice, and never during your first 6 months.

3. Edits allowance

Each month includes up to 30minutes of edits: text, photos, prices, hours, services, new reviews and similar changes. Unused time doesn’t roll over. Bigger work (new pages, new sections, redesigns) is quoted in advance and only done if you say yes.

4. Cancelling

Because there is no build fee, the Care Plan has a 6-month minimum, which covers the cost of building your site. After that you can cancel at any time by email with 30 days’ notice, and your site stays up through the end of the paid period. If you cancel inside the first 6 months, you pay the remaining months of the minimum and nothing else. There are no other cancellation fees.

5. Your domain stays yours

Your domain name remains registered in your name, at your registrar, at all times. We only ask you to point its nameservers at our hosting. If you cancel, or ask at any time, we transfer DNS back to you or to any provider you name, and if we ever registered a domain on your behalf we transfer the registration to you at no charge.

6. Your content and site export

Your logo, photos, text and reviews are yours. Your domain stays in your name, and if you leave after the minimum you get a complete export of your site to host elsewhere. We provide the export within 14 days of your request. It is your site as static pages, images and content; the design, templates and platform code that produce it stay ours.

7. Email

We copy your existing email settings before any switch and verify them afterwards. We don’t host your mailbox; your mail stays with your current provider (Google, Microsoft, your registrar, or another). If we set up a new address at your domain, it forwards to an inbox you control.

8. Things outside our control

We rely on third parties: Cloudflare for DNS and hosting, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, and your registrar and email provider. We are not liable for their outages, nor for lost business, lost profits or other indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.

9. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use the content you give us, that the information about your business is accurate, and that you’ll keep your registrar and payment details current. You won’t use the site for anything unlawful.

10. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement for new customers at any time. For existing customers, changes take effect 30 days after we email you, and never reduce what you’re entitled to under sections 5 and 6.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas, after a good-faith attempt to resolve it by email or phone first.
